1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
Tracking number
Courier details (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)
Estimated delivery date
You can track your order through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. A reshipping fee may apply.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@printdigink.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and assist with a replacement or refund if eligible.
