At PrintDigInk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided.
The item must not be a non-returnable product (see section 5).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
If the refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@printdigink.comwith your order details and issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used ink cartridges or toner
Opened printer paper or photo paper
Downloadable software or digital goods
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or personalized products
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process upon delivery.
